Vintage 1970s black romantic folk top. Puff sleeves and trimmed with a beautiful sheer lace ruffle. Has an elasticized neckline and can be pulled off the shoulder. Sleeve edge has a very slight stretch, mostly loose fit. Top can be worn long and loose (about tunic length) or tucked. Fits many sizes, shown tucked on XS, fits up to XL.
