Packaging
Your order will be packaged with care using the most sustainable methods possible. I use scarves and bandanas to wrap your items on the inside (a free gift!) and ship in biodegradable & compostable packaging. Larger or fragile items may be shipped in priority boxes, which are fully recyclable. Any additional packing material for fragile items are sourced from recycled and repurposed materials.


Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking updates during transit.


US Destinations
Orders may be shipped for $5 standard first class (3 - 5 business days, free for orders $75+), or $12 priority (1 - 3 business days).

Lubbock, TX shoppers may waive the shipping fee by picking up in person. Select the pickup option at checkout, and please DM us 24 hours before you plan to arrive so we can be sure to have it ready. Additional pick up times may also be available.


International
International shipping options are limited at checkout to only Canada at this time. Please send an email or DM @shopwesthexes on instagram if you’d like a customized quote elsewhere!

International orders are shipped via USPS and rates vary by location. International shipping typically takes 6 - 20 business days, pending any customs delays and depending on the final destination. Tracking may not be available once your item has left the USA. Any customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Returns
All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Please read listings carefully. While all pieces are carefully curated for the highest quality, vintage items are second-hand, previously owned, and often from many decades prior. I provide full transparency regarding the overall condition to the best of my ability and will note all flaws, if any, found.

Please note that colors may vary from screen to screen due to the nature of digital displays.

The Fine Print
West Hexes is not responsible for any customs fees, stolen packages, nor any other issues once the package has been given to USPS. Please double check your shipping address when checking out and make sure you are shipping to a secure location. These items are rare vintage pieces and sadly cannot be replaced!
