Silky satin lining on inside with an interior pocket. No fabric label, but is real leather. Tagged a 42, can be worn oversized or true to size, fits up to large.

Condition: excellent vintage condition, some minor discoloration typical with vintage leather. the lining has some wear inside and hangs a bit low in the back.
