Vintage 1970s prairie dress by Vicky Vaughn juniors. Has three tiers of flowy ditsy floral and paisley fabric that fit to the body and twirl open, trimmed with ruffles - an americana dream. Eyelet fabric at top. Has light puff sleeves and ties at the front (laces are just decorative and do not adjust the size). Has a back zipper and hook & eye closure. Hits just above the feet on 5’5”. Best fits XS - S.
