Vintage 1970s dress by Candi Jones California. Sweetest angel sleeves with lace details. Ties at the chest. 50/50 cotton/poly blend. Has two layers at the bottom and chest - inner layer has a satin feel. Beautiful condition, I cannot find any flaws to note.
